Affordable housing starts long before the shovel hits the ground.
Congratulations to Habitat for Humanity GTA on the completion of its Build Factory, a new model that turns community partnership into homes.
Over the next two years, the facility will support the production of wall panels for approximately 200 homes across the Greater Toronto Area.
Our team contributed to the building envelope and structural engineering. Its impact extends far beyond the building itself, helping create new opportunities for affordable housing.
