We’re pleased to announce that Scott Catallo has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial, North America. William (Bill) Westhafer moves into the role of Strategic Advisor, supporting Scott during the leadership transition, and continuing with key projects and pursuits.
Bill and Scott have worked side by side for a decade. They share a deep understanding of the commercial sector and common purpose. For our clients and partners, that means continuity, familiar faces, and a team that understands their business.
We appreciate Bill’s substantial contributions to NORR’s growth and the expansion of our services across office buildings, workplace strategies, and interior design. He joined NORR in 2016 through NORR’s strategic acquisition of his former firm in Philadelphia, PA, and over the past decade has built strong relationships, earning the trust of clients and colleagues across North America. Notably, Bill led the Commercial team through the pandemic—one of the most challenging times in history for the office real estate market.
Bill, Scott, and the Commercial team have made a measurable impact, ranking #20 in ENR’s 2026 Commercial Offices category and #23 in BD+C’s 2025 Workplace Interior Architecture category.
Together, they help clients navigate a rapidly changing commercial landscape, finding new opportunities through repositioning, conversions, and flexible workplace destinations, while looking ahead as AI influences the future of work and the spaces we create.
