Project Progress: Tsawout Multiplexes

Take a look at the progress unfolding on site at the Tsawout (SȾÁUTW̱) First Nation on Vancouver Island, BC.

Two multiplex buildings under construction surrounded by workers and construction equipment with a forest background.

The latest images capture the development of new multiplexes within a phased 40‑unit community, shaped through close collaboration with the Nation and envisioned to expand to 52 units in future phases. With the locally sourced cedar trusses now installed, the architectural form is becoming more visible across several buildings.

View the rapid transformation taking place with more to share as the next phases continue to take shape.
