Opened in 2008, the Atlantis Hotel is the majestic centerpiece of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai’s iconic man-made archipelago, establishing itself as one of the most recognized hospitality destinations in the region.

Challenge
Delivering a large-scale hospitality and entertainment destination on a landmark waterfront site required navigating complex regulatory requirements, unique technical infrastructure demands, and an extensive international consultant team. The project demanded seamless coordination across multiple disciplines throughout design and construction.
Solution
Our team provided comprehensive architectural and engineering services throughout all stages of the five-year design and construction period. We coordinated more than 120 architects and engineers from 35 consulting firms across nine countries, utilizing proprietary software to manage project information and facilitate more than two million transactions across the project team. The destination resort includes a 1,539-room hotel, conference centre, 42-acre water park, and three major aquariums housing more than 65,000 marine animals.
