RH Raleigh, The Gallery at North Hills, is a 60,000-square-foot standalone Design Gallery that brings RH’s immersive retail, design, and hospitality concept to North Hills, a mixed-use destination in Raleigh, NC.

Challenge
As RH expanded its Gallery concept, the project required a standalone destination that could integrate retail, hospitality, and design services within a mixed-use development. The design needed to overcome the technical complexities of constructing a three-story building above an existing two-level underground parking structure.
Solution
We led a multidisciplinary team through all phases of work. Advanced BIM 3D visualization and meticulous installation sequencing enabled the precise coordination of building systems with the podium’s post-tension slab. The Gallery features a parchment-cream exterior accented with obsidian black details, landscaped courtyards showcasing RH’s Outdoor collection, a grand double floating staircase, and a third-level Rooftop Restaurant with a wine terrace overlooking North Hills.
Outcome
The result is an immersive retail and hospitality experience within one of North Carolina’s premier mixed-use destinations. Blurring the lines between residential and retail, home and hospitality, the project advances RH’s evolving Gallery concept while establishing a landmark presence within the North Hills development.

Signature Greenspire Linden trees, boxwood hedges, and landscaped courtyards frame the Gallery and extend the retail experience outdoors.
