Today, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Ricardo Avila to Vice President, Restaurants, North America. This planned succession represents an important step in the continued evolution of the sector. Ricardo will assume leadership and strategic responsibilities, while our long-serving executive Peter Dubin will support the transition period in a strategic advisory capacity.
Ricardo brings more than 30 years of experience across our Restaurants, Retail, and Hospitality sectors. His deep understanding of branded environments, experiential design, and operational performance will help advance our Restaurants practice as changing trends continue to reshape how food and beverage experiences are conceived, delivered, and integrated into the built environment.
This transition reflects a thoughtful and collaborative process. Ricardo and Peter have been working closely together to align business priorities, share knowledge, and ensure continuity for clients and project teams. Their partnership will support a seamless transition, maintain strong relationships, and position the sector for continued growth.
